Cancellation Policy

  •  If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a late fee of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
  • Membership clients can forfeit their monthly service or pay 50% off the missed appointment.

 

Late Appointment Policy (5 Minutes grace period)

  • To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask that you be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late will be required to pay a late 50% fee, forfeit their appointment, and need to reschedule.
  • Membership clients can forfeit their monthly service or pay 50% off the missed appointment.

 

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service to the card on file.
  • Membership clients can forfeit their monthly service or pay 50% off the missed appointment.

 

Sick Policy

  • We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment due to illness. If you are sick, please call us as soon as possible, at least 48 hours before your appointment. We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% for less than 48 hours’ notice.
  • If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: cold, FLU, COVID-19, or fever please cancel as soon as possible. A late fee of 50% will still apply unless it’s within the 48 hours cancellation policy. This late fee can be used for your next visit with a doctor’s letter supplied to us. 
  • Membership clients can forfeit their monthly service or pay 50% off the missed appointment.
