Member Benefits

• Complimentary Birthday add-on during birthday month (must be pre-booked when booking).
• Personalized Care before and after your treatment.

Membership Policy

• Memberships will auto-renew every month to the card on file.
• All Memberships are a 3-month commitment.
• Services do not roll over to the next month and must be used in the current month they are issued.
• With prior approval, you may gift one treatment to a Friend, partner, or family member once every six months.
• Gratuity is not included in packages or membership prices. 
• Any memberships that lapse in payment and are not reconciled in 48 hours risk losing current benefits. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel after 3 months please email hello@skynalchemy.co at least 14 days before your next billing cycle.
